The Gift of Music Foundation appoints Scott Keefer as Director of Communications
Atlanta, GA: The Gift of Music Foundation is pleased to announce the appointment of Scott Keefer as Director of Communications. In this role, Mr. Keefer will oversee all digital and printed content, marketing, communications, and social media for TGOMF.
“I’ve known and worked with Scott both personally and professionally for a number of years now, and couldn’t be happier that he is joining the foundation at its inception” said Executive Director Chris Monroe. “From the moment I first told him about the idea for “The Gift of Music Foundation, he has been 100% on-board, full of ideas, and personally invested in its success. It just makes sense that he would join us in this capacity.”
Mr. Keefer is also the Owner and President of Terminus Digital Media in Atlanta, a marketing and media consulting firm that works specifically with small business and non-profit organization. As TGOMF grows, this strategic partnership will be mutually beneficially and growing the brands of both organizations.
Speaking of his appointment as Director of Communications, Scott said: “The vision of The Gift of Music is something I believe in very strongly. It’s really exciting to me that so of many areas of my career and personal life have sort of culminated in this Foundation. Music is one of the most positive forces in our world, and everything that The Gift of Music is building works to expand music’s influence on people. When we created the slogan ‘Because Music Matters,’ it’s was more than just an advertising idea. It’s what really motivates us.”
