ERIN LAYTON

Erin Layton has been teaching middle school chorus, general music, and music technology for 18 years. She currently teaches chorus at Marietta Middle school where she serves in a leadership position.

Erin earned her Bachelor of music in 2005 from the University of Michigan with a focus on voice and her master’s in music education in 2013 from Georgia State University. Erin sings with the Georgia Symphony Orchestra chorus and directs the Georgia Youth Symphony Orchestra Chorus. Throughout her career, Erin has developed a strong passion for bringing musical experiences to all students.
